Job summary

SSM Health's Madison East Endocrinology clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a team of 5 physicians and 1 peer APP. This fully outpatient role offers daytime hours, Monday–Friday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays and no on‑call obligations.

A dedicated rooming staff, diabetic educator, and nutrition services support the patient care team, along with a structured orientation and robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• WI NPs must be APRNs
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
