Job summary

Intermountain Health’s Badura Clinic in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Anticoagulation Advanced Practice Provider. You will manage outpatient anticoagulation and thrombosis care, collaborate with a pharmacist, and educate patients to ensure safe, evidence-based treatment.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Ideal candidates have APRN or PA‑C credentials with 3+ years of relevant experience and active Nevada/Utah licensure or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA‑C degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• Active, unobstructed Nevada and Utah medical licenses, or ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or ability to obtain one.

About this role:

As an Anticoagulation Advanced Practice Provider you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient management of patients requiring anticoagulation therapy and thrombosis-related care in collaboration with a dedicated pharmacist. Together, you will evaluate and manage anticoagulation treatment plans, monitor patient outcomes, provide education, and ensure safe, evidence-based care for patients with thrombotic disorders and anticoagulation needs. This position includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and up $7,500 in relocation assistance, when applicable

You will practice at Badura Clinic in Las Vegas, NV

Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Ideal candidate is experience and comfortable working independently

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $57.33 - $88.47
