The role requires NP or PA certification, Michigan licensure, and advanced certifications (DEA, BLS, ACLS). It offers a path in a leading academic medical center with education and research opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP certification.
• NP with 4 years inpatient BMT APP experience within the past 6 years.
• Current RN licensure in Michigan.
• NCSBN-recognized NP certification.
• Current DEA registration.
• AHA BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS certification.
• 2 years of acutely ill patient management including Telemetry, EKG, ACLS at APP level.
• BMT APP experience required; Heme-Onc or Hospitalist acceptable.
• For PA: MI-licensed PA with ARC-PA program and NCCPA certs.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex patients in BMT/CT with education and team collaboration.
• Perform history/physicals, orders per CPG, admissions and discharges.
• Evaluate complications and plan care for infusion and post-infusion patients.
• Coordinate inpatient/outpatient transitions and education for staff and families.
• Contribute to clinical trials and participate in program meetings.
