Michigan Medicine, a leading academic health system, seeks experienced NP/PA professionals to provide specialized care in hematology/oncology with a focus on bone marrow transplant and cellular therapies. The role includes inpatient and outpatient responsibilities and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Must have Michigan RN licensure or NP/PA credentials, BLS/ACLS, and DEA registration. Hybrid or mobile/remote work options may apply, with a 1.0 FTE schedule and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Current specialty certifications to practice as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or as a Nurse Practitioner.
• RN licensure in Michigan.
• NCCPA certification for Physician Assistant.
• DEA registration and BLS/ACLS credentials.
• BMT APP experience preferred; heme-onc or hospitalist background acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and direct management of adult patients with malignant hematologic disorders with BMT/CT focus.
• Rotate between BMT/CT and Outpatient Migration Program.
• Perform history/physical exams, orders, admissions and discharges.
• Education of nursing staff, students, and community.
