Job summary

Med Source Consultants in Toppenish, WA, seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician – NP or PA – to provide comprehensive family medicine and community health services to migrant and Latino communities within a large FQHC network.

This 0.80 FTE permanent role includes patient panel management, teamwork with bilingual Medical Assistants, EPIC EMR use, and clinic hours Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–8:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; includes CME and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Practitioner required.
• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant required.
• Experience in community health or underserved populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine and community health services to a largely migrant and Latino community
• 0.80 FTE position (32 hours per week) with opportunity to manage your own patient panel
• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care support
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Participate in team-based patient care approach focusing on underserved populations
• Opportunity for new graduates with clinical rotation experience in community health
