Med Source Consultants in Yakima, WA, seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide pediatric-focused care within a team-based community health setting.

Location: Yakima, WA

Job Details

• Provide pediatric-focused care as part of a team-based approach in community health
• Serve a largely migrant and Latino patient population with cultural sensitivity
• Manage your own patient panel and develop long-term patient relationships
• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation support
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week)
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm
• Must complete Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as Physician Assistant
