BAS HealthCare in Toppenish, WA is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Federally Qualified Health Center, providing primary care to a largely migrant/Latino population. You will manage your own patient panel with the support of bilingual Medical Assistants.

Qualifications

This is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that operates as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving the community. The clinic proudly provides comprehensive, affordable, high-quality care to underserved populations, including migrant farm workers and Latino families, regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay. The facility uses EPIC EMR system and offers a team-based approach to patient care.

Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week)
• Manage your own patient panel in a comprehensive primary care setting
• Serve a largely migrant and Latino community with support from certified bilingual Medical Assistants
• Clinic operational hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-8:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
• New graduates are welcome to apply (include clinical rotations and experience with underserved populations)
• Opportunity to participate in a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
• $15,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance available
• $50,000 student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date

Compensation

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Base compensation ranges from $132,000 to $144,000 with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures.
