Job summary

Med Source Consultants in Toppenish, WA seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a migrant/Latino community. Full-time 1.0 FTE with a bilingual support team.

Clinic hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. A 4-week Medical Spanish immersion in Guatemala is encouraged; CME support and malpractice coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree for NP role.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree for PA role.
• New graduates encouraged to apply with clinical rotation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to a migrant/Latino community.
• Manage your own patient panel with a team-based approach to care.
• Work with bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient support.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination.
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week).
• Clinic hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Participate in a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala.

Facility:This is a medical-dental clinic that is part of one of the Northwest's largest community health centers, serving over 40 clinics across 18 communities in Washington and Oregon. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the facility operates as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving underserved populations with affordable, high-quality care regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay.
