Job summary
Med Source Consultants seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner) to provide same-day acute and urgent care in a community health setting. The role serves a migrant/Latino patient base with bilingual Medical Assistant support and operates Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, at 1.0 FTE.
The position requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree as NP or a Master’s degree as PA. Relocation and signing bonuses, loan repayment, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage are provided to support the
Qualifications
- Must hold Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as Physician Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide same-day acute care and urgent care services without maintaining a patient panel
- Serve a largely migrant and Latino community with certified bilingual Medical Assistant support
- Work within a team-based approach to patient care in community health setting
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
- Clinic operational hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Full-time position at 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
- Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
- $15,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance available
- $50,000 student loan repayment assistance beginning month after start date
- Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
- $3,100 annual CME allowance with five days of CME time
