Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Riverside, CA team. The APC will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with physicians, and uphold best medical practices for our highest-risk patients.

In this remote/field role, you’ll travel about 75% of the time within the Riverside area, coordinate care with a Regional Medical Director, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while maintaining comprehensive documentation and continuing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Clinician program required.
• CA Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Certification as an Advanced Practice Clinician preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Travel 75+% of the time in the assigned area; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
