Deluxe Corporation is seeking a skilled binder/operator to run post-press equipment and ensure high-quality output. The role involves preparing presses, performing setup, and maintaining ink balance and color accuracy while meeting customer specifications.

You will be responsible for efficient production, monitoring equipment, and coordinating with the team to resolve issues and meet deadlines. A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Advent Machine, cutting, handwork, 3-hole drilling and packing.
• Set up the press efficiently, monitor equipment, manage stock area and orders.
• Ensure ink density, ink and water balance, color matching, and meet customer quality expectations.
• Resolve production issues by adjusting processes and coordinating with Team Manager.

18 years or older

Basic computer skills

Education

HS/GED with 3 years warehouse experience

1 year plating experience
