• Read work orders and take instructions on finishing specifications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain records, such as daily production records, using specified forms.
• Follow all quality control procedures as instructed by the owner or manager of the center.
• Any other essential functions/duties needed to provide high quality service and output.
• Maintain order and cleanliness within the department.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing machine devices (cutters, folders, laminators, collators/stitchers) to complete final assembly.
• Read and interpret work orders and specifications from management.
• Maintain daily production records and ensure accuracy of data.
• Adhere to quality control procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
