Qualifications

• HSD / GED required.
• Up to an associate degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret schematics.
• Experience with welding and fabrication techniques.
• Know-how in electrical/electronics and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in improving equipment performance and reducing downtime.
• Ensure equipment availability to meet production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery to maintain uptime.
• Set up tooling and equipment for production lines.
• Maintain data on equipment performance and communicate issues.
