You will work from schematics and test procedures, documenting results and maintaining quality, safety, and production performance. The role requires two+ years in electronics manufacturing with proficiency in hand soldering, SMT and through-hole, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of electronics manufacturing or PCBA repair experience.
• Proficiency in hand soldering and PCBA rework (SMT and through-hole).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work instructions.

Aufgaben

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, rework, and test PCBA assemblies and electronic products.
• Diagnose component- and circuit-level failures using schematics and test procedures.
• Document failure modes, repairs, test results, and nonconformances.
• Maintain ESD controls and follow safety, quality, and work instructions.
• Communicate recurring defects and process concerns to Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
