Qualifications

• Ability to perform delegated tasks within scope of role.
• Understanding of patient safety and quality of life in care.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced direct and indirect patient care under licensed clinicians.
• Support safe, compassionate, coordinated care respecting patient preferences.
• Communicate with interprofessional team, patients and families.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; train new staff on use.
• Act as resource/mentor in safe patient handling and de-escalation.
• Assist in processes like phlebotomy and lab specimen collection as skilled.
