Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic radiologic procedures, ensure patient safety, and manage image acquisition and processing in a hospital setting. The role requires ARRT certification, JRCERT-accredited program, at least two years MRI experience, and the ability to respond to emergencies.

You will work with radiologists and staff to maintain quality control and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduates must come from an academic program accredited by JRCERT.
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Minimum of two years MRI scanning experience as an MRI Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic radiologic procedures/services.
• Adhere to radiation safety policies per department procedures.
• Send image series to radiologist per protocol.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for required examinations.
• Process digital images and submit for interpretation by radiologists.
• Maintain records and document procedures.
