Qualifications

• BLS certification required; travel positions may require valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures safely and proficiently according to regulations and hospital policies.
• Screen patients for safety, including ferrous metals, and maintain room security.
• Explain procedures to patients to ease anxiety and ensure cooperation.
• Monitor patients during scans and stay at control station as needed.
• Adhere to sterile practices and maintain accurate records.
