Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related work experience required.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a principal technical specialist for a research laboratory or project.
• Designs experimental protocols and conducts advanced tests and analyses.
• Prioritizes and assigns work; may instruct junior personnel and students.
• Contributes to manuscripts and grant materials; may write parts of Materials & Methods.
• Presents at conferences; stays current with new developments and implements them with supervision.
