Job summary

Dilkon Medical Center in Dilkon, AZ is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician to perform general and high-complexity testing across hematology, immunohematology, chemistry, microbiology, and more. This full-time role requires an Associate Degree and ASCP/AMT preferred certification, with a bilingual English/Navajo preference.

Under supervision of the Laboratory Manager, you will maintain quality control, prepare specimens, report results, and participate in proficiency testing

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science; ASCP/AMT preferred with six months lab experience.
• Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Background check and suitability for a Child Care position required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, complex, and high complexity testing across multiple disciplines.
• Prepare specimens for analysis and report results to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct quality control procedures and maintain related records.
• Oversee lab activities as a lead worker for Phlebotomists.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to lab policies and procedures.
