Job description

Location: Bullhead City, AZ, United States (In‑office)

Position: Medical Technologist

Employer: Western Arizona Regional Medical Center

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift schedule: Friday – Monday, 0600 – 1430

Shift type: Option for 48‑hour guarantee and block schedule available

Qualifications:

• 3‑5+ years of laboratory experience
• Certification: ASCP, AMT, HEW, or NCCLS
• Preferred experience in a hospital setting
• Proficient with laboratory instruments: BC DXH, Sysmex NX 550, Siemens Dimension EXL, Roche Cobas 302 & 403, ACL 2500
• Ability to perform testing and rotate across laboratory areas: blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis

Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests across all assigned areas
• Collaborate with clinical teams and maintain accurate test records
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and work in black scrubs
• Use MedHost LIS for documentation and reporting
