Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent training as defined by CLIA.
• Certification maintenance in NV/CA required during employment.
• Foreign-educated candidates must provide credential evaluation and translation.
• Demonstrated phlebotomy competency where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs waived and non-waived laboratory tests per CLIA 88 and internal procedures.
• Supports department compliance with accrediting/regulatory bodies (CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA).
• May collect, receive and process biological specimens into the lab.
• Operates with limited supervision and adheres to established policies.
