Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in manufacturing or technical environment.
• Lean 101 training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SPC and basic statistics.
• Understanding GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Epicor, ARAS, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and English literacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, SOPs, flow diagrams, and layouts.
• Support Lean initiatives and data collection for capacity analysis.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Train Level 1 technicians on documentation standards and methods.
• Collaborate with engineers on tooling and fixturing designs.
• Troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
