Qualifications

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and basic math skills.
• Ability to read drawings and work orders.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with Supervisor, Lead and co-workers to meet goals.
• Work alone or in a team with varying assignments.
• Performs repetitive tasks by hand, with hand tools or machines (assembly, deburring, counting, packaging).
• Report machine or process issues and hazardous conditions to a Lead or Supervisor.
• Read drawings and work orders; perform dimensional inspection of key characteristics.
• Complete required documentation clearly and accurately.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas and support lean practices.
