Job summary

DGN Technologies is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment, tooling, and fixtures. You will support on maintenance tasks, document results in ERP/SAP, and escalate issues to Engineering as needed.

The role requires adherence to GMPs, safety guidelines, and 6S practices, with strong focus on tool usage, metrology, and fault diagnosis. A technical background and hands-on experience in electro-mechanical systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preventive maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical studies or related training preferred (electro-mechanical, electronic or mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Follows GMPs and all safety guidelines.
• Utilizes correct tooling and equipment per process or PMC requirements.
• Escalates safety issues to supervisor or manager.
• Reports faulty safety devices on equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance and calibration before expiration and records results in ERP/SAP.
• Maintains asset documentation and updates expiration labels in ERP/SAP.
