Vicor is an American manufacturer of advanced 48V centric DC-DC converters, known for power density and reliability. This position is a 2nd shift role (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) supporting maintenance of production equipment and ensuring uptime in a fast-paced environment.

You'll perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and help improve setup changeovers while supporting operators and documentation in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electro-mechanical / electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on technician with team orientation and urgency.
• 3+ years supporting plating equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and pneumatics.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs on production equipment.
• Support operators and provide technical assistance to keep production on schedule.
• Maintain and purchase spare parts inventories and track usage.
• Prepare maintenance reports and analyze trends.
• Improve setups and changeovers; optimize equipment capacity.
• Develop and update maintenance documentation.
