The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Leader will be responsible for leading the advanced manufacturing engineering strategy and transformation for the business across a multi-site manufacturing footprint, supporting both new product introductions and ongoing product enhancement initiatives. This leader will coach and develop a team of manufacturing engineering professionals and subject matter experts while working closely with plant leadership, quality, operations, and cross-functional partners to strengthen manufacturing systems, improve operational capability, and deliver strategic business results.
This position has flexibility to be located at one of our multiple North-America manufacturing sites or headquarters in Davidson, NC. Preferred locations are Davidson, NC, Bloomington, MN, Greenville, SC, Hastings, NE, Arecibo, PR, Noblesville, IN, Fremont, Ohio or York, PA. This role requires travel up to 50–75% of the time.
Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering or Industrial discipline) and at least 10 years of manufacturing work experience required. Experience within an industrial environment preferred.
Automation, welding, brazing process, wastewater treatment, coating, refrigerant management & assembly experience.
