Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead multiple projects at the Anderson Operations site. You will drive product transfers, NPDI initiatives, and capital investments to standardize manufacturing across plants and enforce global standards.

Interaction with Design Engineering and Program Management is key to delivering milestones. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in advanced manufacturing, experience with NPDI and new product development, and strong leadership and project

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of formalized advanced and lean manufacturing applications.
Experience in NPDI, product transfers, and new product development.
Strong vertical communication, interpersonal, and motivation skills.
Ability to coach, train, facilitate, and lead teams in a transformational environment.
Strong project management, technical, analytical, and PC skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple projects on Switchgear Power BU, focusing on Anderson Operations.
Lead product transfers, NPDI programs, and capital projects to standardize manufacturing processes.
Support manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and methods.
Identify and pilot advanced manufacturing technologies; justify and commission setups.
Support cost analyses of manufactured products and NPDI readiness.
