Job summary
thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, OH, seeks a skilled maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair industrial assembly equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems. You will troubleshoot issues via PLC or program investigation and contribute to safety and uptime.
You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, recommend spare parts, and support process improvement projects while adhering to safety standards and 6S housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Maintains a safe working environment by following safety and environmental policies.
- Troubleshoots and repairs production equipment including mechanical, pneumatic, robotics, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
- Reads machine blueprints and electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics to diagnose issues.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and repairs industrial assembly equipment to ensure safety and uptime.
- Troubleshoots mechanical, pneumatic, robotics, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
- Performs preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment up-time.
