Qualifications

Experience repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery and troubleshooting electronics (12VDC-460 VAC) and PLC controls.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Experience with PLC controllers, including Siemens and Rockwell/Allen Bradley.
Ability to read machine blueprints and electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot issues physically and electronically via PLC or program investigation.
Perform PM and PdM maintenance to increase uptime and safety.
Make recommendations for spare parts and equipment improvements.
Document corrective and preventive maintenance in SAP.
Adhere to safety and housekeeping SOPs; work with the team across shifts.
