Job summary

Dal-Tile seeks a Maintenance Technician IV to perform complex mechanical duties and electrical trade functions in a manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot PLCs, design and update PLC programs, and install and repair equipment to ensure reliable production.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, leading improvement projects, and collaborating with teams to reduce costs while improving productivity. High school diploma and 4+ years industrial maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Journeyman license preferred.
• 4+ years industrial maintenance experience and 2+ years electrical experience.
• Formal PLC training preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and test motors with meters.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Design and redesign PLC programs and operator panels.
• Install, maintain and repair equipment for electrical energy distribution.
• Lead improvement projects and drive productivity and cost reductions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
