Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot PLCs, adjust machines, and perform electrical maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, PLC knowledge, and 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience with 2 years electrical work. An associate degree in industrial electronics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Journeyman electrical license preferred.
• Associate degree in industrial electronics preferred.
• 4+ years industrial maintenance experience and 2+ years electrical experience.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) using handheld device or laptop.
• Design and redesign program and software (PLCs, operator panels, etc).
• Format hard drives and install to the computers (Computer Setup) and PC applications.
• Installs, maintains or repairs equipment for generation, distribution or utilization of electrical energy.
• Locates and diagnoses trouble in electrical systems using blueprints and specifications.
• Lead process improvements and execute plans to drive productivity and reduce costs.
• Keeps work area safe, clean and organized.
