Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform electrical and mechanical duties in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot PLCs, service control systems, and help ensure production equipment runs reliably.

The role requires blueprint literacy, PLC knowledge, and hands-on expertise with power systems, VFDs, and instrumentation, with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in industrial electronics preferred.
• 4+ years industrial maintenance experience and 2 years electrical experience.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs using handheld device or laptop.
• Design and redesign programs and software for PLCs and operator panels.
• Install, maintain or repair equipment for generation, distribution, or utilization of electrical energy in a manufacturing environment.
• Locate and diagnose trouble in electrical systems using blueprints and specifications.
• Lead projects and complete them safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safe and organized work area.
