Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to join our manufacturing team in the United States. The role performs complex mechanical duties and electrical trades, troubleshoots PLCs, and maintains equipment for production efficiency.

You will design and program PLCs, install computer setups, and ensure safe, compliant operation while contributing to cost reductions through process improvements and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of electrical code; Journeyman license preferred
• Associate degree in industrial electronics preferred

Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot PLCs using handheld device or laptop.
• Design and redesign program and software for PLCs and operator panels.
• Install, maintain or repair equipment for energy distribution in manufacturing.
• Read blueprints, drawings, layouts to locate and diagnose issues.
• Lead process improvements and execute improvement plans.
