S C Swiderski LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency tasks across Wisconsin apartments and community spaces. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs, while mentoring Level I technicians and supporting turnover readiness.

The role requires 3–5 years of property maintenance experience, OSHA 10 certification within 90 days, and a willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• OSHA 10 Certification required within 90 days.
• Ability to train and mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on multi-family properties.
• Manage work orders from initiation through completion in the maintenance system.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
• Mentor Level I technicians in repair techniques and safety procedures.
• Assist with snow removal, lawn care, exterior maintenance, and turnover readiness.
