Job summary

S.C. Swiderski (SCS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join its D09 - Maintenance team in Mosinee, Wisconsin. The role focuses on safe, efficient upkeep of apartment homes and community spaces across multiple properties.

You will perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, mentor Level I technicians, and coordinate with Property Managers. A Class D license and OSHA 10 are required, with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• OSHA 10 Certification required within 90 days.
• Valid Class D driver's license.
• Ability to train and mentor Level I technicians.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance problems safely and efficiently.
• Complete vacant turnovers to high standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage work orders.
• Assist in turnover planning and site inspections.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and participate in on-call rotation.
