Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. in Florence, Alabama is seeking a Machine Operator III to set up and operate production machines, control and adjust settings, and ensure quality and safety on the factory floor.

The non-supervisory, full-time role runs 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with overtime as needed. Pay rate is $21.37–$28.61 per hour, plus benefits starting day one including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly.
• Standing for long periods on a manufacturing floor.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines per procedures.
• Program and adjust computer-controlled equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety rules and housekeeping on the floor.
• Train others in safety, quality, and process improvements.
• Maintain production reports and run rates.
