Job summary

Griffin Associates is seeking a Hartselle Machine Operator to support fast-paced production lines. You will read tape measures, set up and operate equipment, perform quality checks, and follow safety guidelines while maintaining a clean work area.

Shifts include 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. You may lift up to 30 lbs and stand for the duration. Prior experience with manufacturing processes is helpful; casual PPE is required.

Qualifications

• Able to read a tape measure accurately and quickly.
• Performs quality checks and follows standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoots equipment and reports issues promptly.
