Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of banking industry experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical and/or financial transaction aptitude.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews, processes, and administers consumer and commercial loans.
• Assists with Residential and Buck Land Funding loan processing activities.
• Follows proper accounting procedures for booking loan transactions.
• Collects and verifies applicants' personal information and financial records.
• Prepares credit reports and ensures sufficient loan collateral.
• Calculates loan items and payments.
• Records new loans, processes loan payments, and maintains loan records.
• Gathers and prepares loan documents for closing.
• Answers customer inquiries by phone and in person.
• Assists lending officers with disbursement of funds and new loans.
• Prepares and distributes notices and loan reports.
• Assists with training other staff.
