Job summary

Texas Hydraulics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair CNC controls, HMIs, and power supplies. The role involves troubleshooting from schematics, using precision tools, and maintaining production equipment across shifts.

You will work with safety protocols (LOTO, PPE) and collaborate with service technicians to minimize downtime and keep equipment running reliably in a hands-on industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Experience diagnosing HMIs, drives and power supplies.
• Ability to read machine drawings and electronic schematics.
• Comfort using calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication with production staff and service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC controls and electronic systems
• Diagnose HMI, drive and power-supply issues
• Repair and maintain mechanical and production equipment
• Read electrical schematics, machine drawings and equipment manuals
• Use electronic diagnostic and precision-measuring equipment
• Work with manufacturer service technicians to resolve complex equipment issues
• Help keep production equipment running safely and reliably
• Follow critical safety requirements, including LOTO, PPE and confined-space procedures
• Respond to plant emergencies when your expertise is needed
