Job summary

MAU Workforce Solutions is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician II for our client in Newnan, GA. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment to maximize operational efficiency and performance. This is a direct-hire opportunity and 1st shift.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting repairs using CMMS. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years' manufacturing experience with

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing setting with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Post-secondary education or technical trade certification preferred.
Proficiency with basic office software.
Ability to learn and use maintenance software to enter data and research parts.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify malfunctions and restore operations.
Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Assemble, install, dismantle, maintain, and repair machinery, pumps, motors, and control systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to maintain efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics and use manuals for maintenance tasks.
Document repairs and maintenance activities in CMMS and maintain safety standards.
