Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical school with HVAC certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Perform warranty service applications by inspecting and testing systems.
• Lead Level I technicians through hands-on troubleshooting steps.
• Mentor on centrifugal rebuilds with senior technicians.
• Record billing, inventory, timecards, and reports promptly.
• Explain technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
