Apex Engineering Group is seeking a GIS Analyst to support the GIS Coordinator across multiple projects. You will perform data analysis, develop advanced maps, and configure web-based GIS solutions for internal and external clients.

The role emphasizes ArcGIS Pro/Online, Survey123, Field Maps, and dashboards, with CAD data familiarity and GPS data collection. Office locations include Fargo, Bismarck, Dickinson, Minot, ND and Detroit Lakes, MN, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Geography, Computer Science, or GIS-related field from an accredited college or university.
• 3-5 years’ GIS ESRI suite experience including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards, and Web Apps.
• Knowledge of GIS for land development, local government, planning, water resources and transportation.
• Relational databases and Esri programming (Arcade, Python, JavaScript) familiarity.
• Familiarity with CAD data and conversion to GIS; experience with high-accuracy GPS data collection.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; regional travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Support GIS Coordinator with data analysis, advanced map development and web GIS solutions.
• Prepare detailed maps, integrate datasets, and develop automation in ArcGIS environments.
• Develop quality control procedures and project documentation.
• Acquire spatial data and maintain GIS datasets for internal/external clients.
• Collaborate within a team, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
