Job summary

Hanger, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Advanced Fabricator to join our orthotics and prosthetics fabrication team. You will fabricate, repair and finish devices with attention to fit, function and cosmetics, following company standards.

Maintain 5S and safe practices while using laboratory tools; support inventory tasks and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities in a dynamic O&P environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, and 2 years’ experience OR
• Without high school diploma/GED, 4 years’ experience within O&P environments including machinery, tools, design, fabrication, componentry, etc.
• A technical degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics from an accredited school and 2 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and repair orthotic and/or prosthetic devices according to quality standards.
• Handle ordering and receiving and other inventory tasks as assigned.
• Maintain 5S to ensure a safe, clean and orderly work environment.
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
