Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: technical welding/fabrication training or certification.
• Experience with measuring tools and fabrication drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC fiber laser and CNC press brake per approved programs and instructions.
• Assist with machine setups, tooling changes, and material verification.
• Stage raw material, WIP, and completed parts to maintain safe production flow.
• Weld, grind, deburr, and perform secondary fabrication as assigned.
• Inspect parts with measuring tools and report defects promptly.
• Record labor, materials, scrap, and job status in JobScope and other docs.
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
• Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and safety requirements; participate in cross-training.
