Job summary

Delkor Systems, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician I to operate equipment (laser, press brake, finishing stations) and follow detailed drawings to produce quality metal parts. You will set up machines, monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and assist with material handling.

Qualifications

• Read prints and interpret shop drawings accurately.
• Basic math and Imperial-to-metric conversions.
• Experience with CNC setup and operation preferred.
• Exposure to nesting/bend software packages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Interpret detailed drawings and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters for accuracy and quality.
• Assist with material handling and train other technicians as needed.
