Qualifications

• 5+ years welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficient MIG welding.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience using fabrication shop tools.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements.
• Fabricate and assemble structural steel and equipment components.
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, torches, and drills.
• Ensure weld quality and maintain clean, accurate workmanship.
• Assist with fitting, layout, and final assembly of equipment.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Work with the production team to meet project deadlines.
