Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Kansas EMT Certification or Kansas Eligible is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• NREMT certification preferred.
• State Driver’s License is required.
• Driving record must comply with company policy and PAT must be passed.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients to determine needed care and deliver emergency and non-emergency medical services.
• Document patient information and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Utilize EMT skills including communications, equipment use, cleaning procedures and office tools.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and safety personnel and fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and relations.
