AMR is seeking an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests and deliver high-quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

Starting at $50,000 per year with credit for experience, this role requires a Kansas Advanced EMT certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a Physical Ability Test. You’ll work with a team to provide rapid, compassionate care and support community safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Kansas Advanced EMT certification.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass Physical Ability Test (PAT).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services.
• Document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stocked environment for patients.
• Provide care using relevant AEMT skills, equipment, and procedures.
• Operate an ambulance following safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to support AMR image.
