Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Kansas Advanced EMT certification.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass Physical Ability Test (PAT).
• NREMT (preferred).
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification (preferred).
• ACLS and PALS certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessment and deliver emergency medical care using established techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information and treatment while protecting privacy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stocked ambulance and work environment.
• Operate ambulance in compliance with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with other EMS and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to support AMR’s image.
