American Medical Response (AMR) is seeking Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance and deliver high-quality care, treatment and customer service to patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State Driver’s License is required.
• National or State AEMT certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Driving record must comply with policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance.
• Assess patients and deliver appropriate emergency care.
• Document patient information and treatment with confidentiality.
• Use EMT skills and equipment for patient care.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
